DINNER:
Saturday, October 2, 2010 Music begins at 5:30 PM. Dinner will start at 6 PM
We extended invites to both the Republican and Democratic parties to stop by between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Our intent is not to be a political rally, but to provide a forum for residents to meet and ask questions to candidates and elected officials. Since we are a civic association, we felt it worthwhile that leaders know the Mountainbrook community. We're limiting the window for their visit, so those that wish to take advantage can do so.
The Civic Association will provide:
· Price's fried chicken, plates/cups/utensils.
· Lemonade and water (but, members may elect to bring other drinks of their choice)
Members are asked to bring a side dish based on the first letter of your last name. Your side dish should feed at least 12-people. Bring your side dish at 5:30 PM
· A - H, Please bring a COLD SIDE DISH
· I - P, Please bring DESSERT
· R - Z, Please bring HOT SIDE DISH
HELPFUL TIP: Please remember to bring the serving utensil and put your name on your serving dish in order to identify during clean-up

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED (Please click here)
- Setup: Opportunities for 4 people to set up tables, etc.
- Servers: Opportunities for 8 people to man food and drink tables
- Clean up: Opportunities for 4 people take down tables, and trash clean-up
